I'm Kai! I tend to do a lot of things, so this subpage is like... putting my throughts down so I can maybe reorganize the main page a bit more in the future.

Oh maybe on the front page I could have like... featured stuff by default, then different categories that can be viewed as radio buttons. So both games and programming can appear without overlapping? And Fleece/STM can be in the top row. Then maybe everything could have a coloured border?

Things I Like

I like indie games and nintendo games... I wasn't intending for this site to look 100% like Paper Mario TTYD's pause menu, but I just went with the flow and one thing led to another. I don't really think a lot about what my "favourite thing" is, but I got married on the release day of the TTYD remake so I suppose I must be a fan.

Things I Do

Programming

I have over a decade of experience with Unity and C#, and have been learning Godot as of late. I made Super Text Mesh and Fleece, two assets for Unity that have been used in games on all major platforms!

Might be worth mentioning I've also got experience in shader programming.

I suppose I can also say I know a small bit of HTML, CSS and Javascript since I put this website together.

Video Games

In addition to programming which is *usually* for games (but not always), I also do playtesting and Q&A where I can.

VRChat

I sometimes create and/or rig models for VRChat! It's really rewarding to add all sorts of props and gimmicks to a VR model.

Voice Acting

I voice KS1-Jamal in Mau Makan Apa?'s English Dub! If you haven't seen it yet, the content warning isn't kidding about it being violent so please keep that in mind.

Music

Forever ago I made music which is still up on Bandcamp but I will not be linking here.

Recently I've been getting back into music, I've been learning the EWI! (Electronic Wind Instrument ) I used to play the drums and keyboard, but the EWI really just speaks to me.
